Payments
1. We accept the following payment methods: direct bank transfer payment through Mollie. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.
1.1 For all new clients/first appointments with bookings made through the platform Salonized, you will be asked to agree with the term of sales you.
1.2 For all new clients/first appointments with bookings made through the platform Salonized, you will be asked to make a pre payment of 30 percent of the total value of the appointment booked.
Cancellations / Refunds
2. All cancellations are possible up to 72 hours prior to the start of your appointment. You can Cancel your appointment or re-schedule it by following the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email from Salonized.
2.1 Appointments cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the start of your appointment time, will receive an automatic refund of the full amount they have pre-paid;
2.2 Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment;
2.3 For refunds on all cancellations after this time period are Subject to the discretion of Mauve Lemonade;
2.4 All disputes are subject to Dutch law.
